"Quality Care for your Equine Companion"

         Our Facilities:

  • We are located on 42nd Street in Scotts, just 2 ½ miles North of Fulton 20 Minutes from Kalamazoo or Battle Creek
  • We have a private farm with 15 acres, with rolling hills and woods, with a small creek running on the edge of the property.
  • We are surrounded by hundreds of acres of fields and woods.
  • A newer, well lit, 32 x 48 barn with 8 matted box stalls with windows and open ceilings for ventilation, and 2 organizd tack rooms.
  • A new, well lit, 30 x 20 semi-private barn with 3 matted box stalls with windows and hay loft, tack hooks, and shelving.
  • We provide heated water buckets for winter and box fans for the stalls in the summer
  • The main aisle has 4 sets of cross ties for safety and convenience
  • We offer clean and organized tack storage areas
  • Well lit barns, stalls, and pastures for evening visits
  • Clean and well kept barns and premises
  • The pastures have access to shade and run-in sheds for shelter
  • We offer several different pastures & paddocks for pasturing options according to temperaments and feeding needs- we ensure the safety and diet of each horse!
  • Safe and visible fencing: the pastures have 3 strands of electrified white polytape for enclosing the premises
  • We also have 2 wooden corrals (1 large, 1 small)
  • There is a hitching rail outside the barn for bathing
  • We raise our own quality alfalfa and alfalfa/grass mix hay in round and square bales, so our animals have a consistent diet year round.
  • We provide your choice of Purina feeds (Strategy,Senior,Omolene) to supplement their diet. Each horse is fed individually.
  • Each pasture has full access to clean water tanks which are heated in the winter
  • We do not have an indoor arena since our land is rolling hills. We have a corral, hundreds of acres of farmland, hayfields, woods, and back roads to ride throughout the country side.
  • The larger corral (about 40 x 70), can be closed off and used for working a horse in a small enclosure, lunging, light riding, or groundwork on solid footing.
  • We are also just a few blocks from KalVal Saddle Club for easy access to a large outdoor arena and local shows.

What sets us apart?

Our farm is low key and peaceful. We provide excepional care at a fraction of the price of other facilities. We offer top quality feeds and no charge extras without the additional expense to the boarder. We customize the care for each horse, with attention to the details of their individual needs.

We are long time experienced equestrians and fellow horse enthusiasts. We are willing to mentor with training, general care, riding advice and techniques just because we love to help. Caring for horses equals caring for their owners. We understand the bond that comes from the love of an equine. We give the owner peace of mind knowing their horse is in good hands.
